Writing, Drawing and Drawing Out the Creative with John Hegley

Persons of 9 and above are invited to draw and write, within their capacity. with prompts to encourage discovery and possible new approaches.

Sharing of work is optional, as is singing, laughing and bringing your own biscuits.

John Hegley has been leading workshops for decades and has, on occasion, been funded by the Arts Council of England so to do.

Any children will need to be accompanied by adults. All materials are included.

About John Hegley...

John was born in Newington Green, Islington, North London and now lives in neighbouring borough of Hackney. Educated in Luton and Bristol schools and the University of Bradford - Sociology/European Literature and the History of Ideas.  His first work was in writing and performance with Interaction Community Arts, London, 1978 whose ethos and techniques continue informing work.
