About the event
The Steve Hensby Duo is 2/9th of a funk/soul/world band from Perth, Western Australia. They are returning for their third UK tour, promoting songs from their recent fourth album and back catalogue. Drawing on folk/jazz influences, Steve’s humour, talent and energy, and Elysia's beautiful vocals never fail to win over audiences.
Steve is a Berklee graduate and WAMI Award-winning musician who also works as a session player in the Perth area. He has played with the likes of Tim Minchin, Jon Cleary, Steve Poltz, Randy Feltface, West Australian Symphony Orchestra, Perth Symphony Orchestra and Taasha Coates.
