Fall in love with oil painting in this fun yet comprehensive introductory workshop taught by professional artist and tutor Sophia Shuvalova. Learn oil painting techniques including layering, inspired by the Flemish masters, and 'alla prima' painting inspired by the impressionists. Learn how to mix oil colours and use glazing, texture and other mediums, as well as different tools for painting including palette knives. Create a unique oil painting with all materials provided to take away with you.
ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED.
The class will only go ahead if a minimum number of participants has been booked.
