About the event

Join professional printmaker Haychley Webb from Stellabox Designs in this introduction to linocut printmaking workshop. In this workshop, you'll learn how to design, carve and print your own linocut to take away with you.

As part of a small group (the maximum class size is 10), you'll discuss how to create a linocut print and discuss tools and techniques. You'll take your lino block home with you should you wish to continue printing or hand colour your linocut print. The workshop is very hands on, with everything explained through demonstrations in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

All materials and equipment are provided. We encourage you to consider the design you'd like to create before your workshop, although reference books and templates will be provided. You'll be creating an A5 black linocut on various white and coloured paper types.
