Introduction to Botanical Drawing

Verity Burton is an artist based in Norwich who focuses on botanical drawing and painting. Join her to work from a floral still life to build a collection of images over two hours. You’ll start with a series of timed exercises to build your confidence and encourage experimentation, and you’ll have time to work on pieces for longer periods too.

The pace is gentle, with no pressure or expectation. No prior experience is necessary, there's no need to prepare anything before the class, and you're welcome to bring your own sketchbooks and materials, should you wish.
