Have a go at the mindful art of hand embroidery with textile artist Sophie Neville. This workshop is suitable for beginners, or people who have tried hand embroidery before and want to know more. Beginners will learn the basic stitches needed to get started on an embroidery project. Those who have embroidered before will be able to practice their skills with others and ask any questions they have.
Never mastered french knots? Want to learn some more decorative stitches? Need a hand with a certain stitch? This is your opportunity to ask!
ALL MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED
Please note that this room is located on the upper floor of our historic building. Access is via a staircase only, as there are no lift facilities available. Guests should be aware that step-free access is not currently possible.
