About the event
Would you love to be able to draw the things you see around you? Do you believe, or have you been told, that you can't? Well, this is the course for you. Everybody can draw; all that's needed is a grasp of a few fundamentals and an ability to really see and understand what you're drawing.
This course builds on the skills learned in Drawing from Scratch. Students will be given the opportunity to further extend their skills in relation to perspective and proportion in relation to irregular objects. Exercises in foreshortening, enlarging and in the use of negative space will be introduced along with some new mediums such as chalk and charcoal.
Becka Elliott is a qualified teacher with many years experience of teaching the fundamentals of drawing.
