Autumn Botanical Drawing

Join local Artist Verity Burton for a gentle morning of botanical drawing from seasonal autumnal foliage.

You will work from a seasonal display to build a collection of nature-inspired works on paper to take home. You’ll start with a series of timed exercises to build your confidence and encourage experimentation, and you’ll have time to work on pieces for longer periods of time too. You’ll explore a variety of materials from pencils and pastel pencils to crayon, oil pastel and ink. 

The is a mindful class with a gentle pace, and Verity will guide you with demonstrations and tips. All materials are provided.
