2 THURSDAYS | 25 SEPTEMBER AND 2 OCTOBER | 10:30-2.30

This course will guide students in creating a Norfolk coastal scene in textiles, across two sessions. It is suitable for both beginners and those with some experience in wool felting. Students will learn how to use a range of natural and synthetic fibres to create textile art using a range of techniques: wet felting, nuno felting, and needle felting. All materials will be provided but feel free to bring in some fibre or a piece of fabric if you are keen to explore ways to incorporate it.

This course requires some level of upper body physical strength.

There is an optional embroidery class following the two felting classes (which can be booked separately at a discount for those who have booked the felting course). The embroidery class will allow you to add extra dimension to your coastal scene.
