Try your hand at silversmithing!
Saturday 14th August
10am - 12:30pm
Try your hand at silversmithing! Learn how to make a silver pendant from scratch, gaining a basic understanding of silversmithing tools and processes.
To create your own silver pendant, you will start with a piece of copper to trial your design and refine your silversmithing skills, and then move on to the silver. Your final work will be polished and put onto a solid silver chain as a completely unique, wearable work of art.
You will also receive a little ‘goody’ bag, which has information on how to care for your silver and a silver polishing cloth which is impregnated with an anti-tarnish agent, helping to keep your silver shiny for longer.
Tutor: Suzanne Seed
