Fishergate Room
Suitable for meetings, lectures, workshops and rehearsals.
This room has its own entrance stairwell that meets the street on Fishergate. This stairwell can also be accessed via the café or Anteros reception. The room also leads on to the Music Room and can be used as a waiting room/green room or rehearsal space.
Special features include stunning cathedral views, soundproofing, excellent natural light and a small bar area with a kettle, tea and coffee.
Capacity: 51 seated, 100 standing.

Evening (5pm - 10pm)
£45 per hour

Music Room
A beautiful room with English oak flooring and a host of original 16th century features including a painted Tudor ceiling.
The room also contains a a 5'11 Grand Piano, Steinway 1925, Hamburg Factory with original complete set of ivory keys.
Suitable for private events, performances, lectures and meetings.
Capacity: 60 seated.

£25 per hour
£180 for the full day
Evening (5pm - 10pm)
£45 per hour

Main Gallery
This is a stunning space with original 16th Century features including a moulded timber ceiling commissioned in 1543 and Tudor fireplace. The mullioned timber window is the longest Tudor window to have been preserved in the county. The floor is paved with Norfolk pamments laid above an underfloor heating system.

Front Room
This is street fronted room with a large window area, making it ideal for pop-up events and shops.
It's white walls make it a blank canvas for any art work or products in the space, meaning you can tailor it to your needs.
£65 per day: Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 5pm

Courtyard
Our historic courtyard is available to hire year round, and offers stunning views of our mullioned timber Tudor window and night-time lighting.
The courtyard can be hired in conjunction with one of our other spaces (as is the case in our wedding packages) or on its own.
£50 per hour: Tuesday to Saturday 9am - 10pm

Community Working Space
From June to mid September, we have this light, open and airy community working space for hire.
You can book just one desk or the whole room.
The room has plenty of power sockets and wifi.
The space sits next to the Merchants House Cafe.
